Privacy Policy

Effective: April 22, 2026 Last updated: April 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how PhantomView AI LLC (“PhantomView,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit pocketblueapp.com or any other website we operate that links to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”). Pocket Blue is a product of PhantomView AI.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Site only. Our mobile application, TestFlight beta, and related services are governed by a separate in-app privacy notice and end-user license agreement.

1. Quick Summary

We built this Site to tell you about Pocket Blue, collect email addresses from people who want updates on our Kickstarter and launch, and send interested visitors to third-party platforms like Kickstarter and the Apple App Store. The short version of this policy is:

  • We collect what you give us (your email address and anything else you send us) and basic information your browser shares automatically (IP address, device type, pages visited).
  • We use cookies and pixels from Google, Meta, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn to measure how the Site performs and to show relevant ads on those platforms.
  • We do not sell your personal information for money. Under California law, some of our advertising activity is considered “sharing” – you can opt out below.
  • The Site is for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through the Site.
  • You can email us at [email protected] at any time with questions or requests.

2. Who We Are

The Site is operated by PhantomView AI LLC, an Illinois limited liability company, located at 4014 N Bell Ave, Chicago, IL 60618. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at [email protected].

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information you give us

When you interact with the Site, you may choose to give us:

  • Waitlist and contact information – email address, and, if you choose to provide them, first name, role (e.g., parent, coach, league operator), state, and age group of interest (e.g., 9U–15U).
  • Correspondence – the content of messages you send us by email, through contact forms, or by clicking the Kickstarter / TestFlight referral buttons, and any follow-up communications.
  • Feedback – ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or other feedback you voluntarily share.

3.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our servers and our service providers automatically collect:

  • Device and browser data – IP address, approximate geographic location (derived from IP), browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen size, language, and referring and exit pages.
  • Usage data – pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, scroll depth, session duration, and similar interaction data.
  • Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies – see Section 6.

3.3 Information from third parties

We may receive limited information about you from our advertising and analytics partners (for example, Google, Meta, TikTok, X, or LinkedIn) about how you interacted with our ads or with the Site, and from email-service partners about whether and how you engaged with our messages.

3.4 Sensitive categories

We do not ask for, and the Site is not designed to collect, Social Security numbers, government identifiers, financial-account numbers, payment-card data, precise geolocation, biometric identifiers, health information, or other “sensitive” personal information as defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws. If you nevertheless send us information of that type in free-form correspondence, we will not use it for any purpose other than responding to you and will delete it when no longer needed.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services;
  • respond to your questions, feedback, and requests;
  • send you waitlist updates, launch announcements, Kickstarter milestones, and other marketing communications (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email);
  • measure the effectiveness of our marketing and advertising, including on Google, Meta, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn;
  • detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Service;
  • comply with applicable law and legal process, including responding to valid requests from public authorities; and
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not use the information collected through the Site to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

5. Children

The Site is intended for adults age 18 and older. The Site is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under 13 through the Site. Pocket Blue as a product may be used in connection with youth baseball and softball, but the Site itself is a marketing and waitlist destination for parents, coaches, league operators, and other adults.

If you are under 18, do not use the Site or submit any information through it. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us through the Site, please contact us at [email protected] and we will promptly delete the information. Different rules will apply to the Pocket Blue mobile application, which will be governed by a separate privacy notice and parental-consent process designed for COPPA compliance.

6. Cookies, Pixels, and Online Advertising

We and our third-party partners use cookies, web beacons, pixels, software development kits (“SDKs”), and similar technologies (collectively, “Cookies”) to operate the Site, measure its performance, and show you relevant advertising on other platforms.

6.1 Categories of Cookies we use

  • Strictly necessary – required to operate the Site (for example, to load pages, deliver our waitlist forms, remember your form-entry state, and display the Site correctly). The Site is hosted and operated for us by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector LLC), and certain strictly necessary cookies are set by GoHighLevel on our behalf. These cookies cannot be switched off.
  • Functional – used by GoHighLevel on our behalf to recognize you across pages on the Site, attribute waitlist signups to a marketing source, and operate our email follow-up workflows.
  • Analytics – help us understand how visitors use the Site. We use Google Analytics 4 for this purpose.
  • Advertising – allow us and our partners to measure advertising performance and to show you advertisements that are more relevant to you on other platforms. We use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, the TikTok Pixel, the X (formerly Twitter) Pixel, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag for this purpose.

6.2 Your choices

  • You can control most Cookies through your browser settings (including blocking or deleting them).
  • You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • You can manage advertising preferences on Meta, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn within each platform’s ad settings, and can opt out of interest-based advertising from many companies through optout.aboutads.info and youradchoices.com.
  • If we deploy a cookie-consent tool on the Site, you will also be able to manage your Cookie preferences using the “Cookie Settings” or “Your Privacy Choices” link displayed on the Site.

6.3 Global Privacy Control

Where required by applicable U.S. state privacy law, we will treat a browser-based Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal as a valid opt-out of “sale” and “sharing” of personal information for your browser.

7. How We Share Information

We share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers – we share information with companies that perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, email delivery, customer-support tools, analytics, and advertising measurement. Our principal service provider is GoHighLevel (LeadConnector LLC), which hosts the Site and operates our waitlist forms, email follow-up, and marketing automation. These providers are contractually restricted to using information only for the services they provide to us.
  • Advertising partners – when you visit the Site, information about your visit may be disclosed to Google, Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and similar advertising platforms through the Cookies described in Section 6, so that we can measure ad performance and show you relevant ads on those platforms. Under California law, this activity may be considered “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. See Section 8 for your opt-out rights.
  • Corporate transactions – if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of some or all of our assets, or transition of service to another provider, we may share information as part of that transaction, subject to the commitments in this Privacy Policy.
  • Legal, safety, and compliance – we may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required or appropriate to comply with law, legal process, or lawful requests from public authorities; to enforce our Terms of Service; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PhantomView, our users, or others.
  • With your direction – we share information with third parties when you direct us to, for example by clicking through to Kickstarter or the Apple App Store.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not knowingly share personal information of minors for cross-context behavioral advertising or for any “sale” as defined under applicable state privacy law.

8. Your U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights with respect to the personal information we hold about you:

  • Access / Know – request confirmation of whether we process personal information about you, and a copy of that information;
  • Correction – request that we correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Deletion – request that we delete personal information we hold about you;
  • Portability – request a copy of your personal information in a portable, machine-readable format;
  • Opt out of “sale” or “sharing” – direct us not to “sell” or “share” your personal information as those terms are defined under your state’s law, including for cross-context behavioral advertising;
  • Opt out of targeted advertising – direct us not to use your personal information for targeted advertising;
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information – where applicable, limit our use of sensitive personal information to purposes authorized by law;
  • Nondiscrimination – not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your privacy rights; and
  • Appeal – appeal our response to a privacy rights request if your state law provides for an appeal.

These rights are not absolute and may be subject to exceptions under applicable law. To submit a request, email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request” and describe the right you wish to exercise and the state you reside in. We will verify your request using the information you provide and may ask for additional information to confirm your identity. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with written authorization and, where required, verification directly from you.

8.1 California “Shine the Light”

California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits California residents to request certain information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

8.2 Notice of Financial Incentive

We do not currently offer financial incentives or loyalty programs in exchange for personal information.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. In general:

  • waitlist and marketing email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion;
  • correspondence is retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction;
  • automatically collected log and analytics data is retained in identifiable form for up to 14 months and is thereafter aggregated or deleted; and
  • information required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, audit, or regulatory obligations is retained for the period required by those obligations.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor-diligence practices. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

11. Third-Party Links and Platforms

The Site contains links to third-party websites and platforms, including Kickstarter, the Apple App Store, and our social media accounts. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before interacting with them.

12. United States Only

The Site is intended for users located in the United States. We do not offer the Site or our waitlist to users outside the United States, and we make no representation that the Site is appropriate or available in any other jurisdiction. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local law. Your information will be processed in the United States.

13. Do Not Track

Some browsers include a “Do Not Track” feature. Because there is no industry-wide standard for interpreting Do Not Track signals, the Site does not respond differently to Do Not Track signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law (see Section 6.3).

14. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide additional notice (for example, by email or a notice on the Site) before the change takes effect.
